Abernathy, Betsy
Ms. Abernathy is a three's teacher. She began her job at the Weekday Program in August, 2005. This year will be her 17th year teaching. Betsy has worked with children since she was in high school. Born in Germany on April 6th, Ms. Abernathy grew up in several different places, including Germany, Massachusetts, Utah, Michigan, South Carolina and Texas. She attended college at Stephens College and UNT where she received her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. Betsy is married and has two sons. When she is not at work she enjoys reading, antiquing, watching movies, decorating and shopping at T.J. Maxx.
