Community & Church News

Too often being a Christian is just about church. Acting as religious as possible. Figuring out what we believe.

That's important, but it's not enough. Being a Christian is ultimately about our relationship with God.

A relationship so important it's at the very heart of our lives. So valuable we want it, long for it, hunger for it. So essential we are willing to invest our hearts, our minds, our lives to experience it.

Director's Report

Dear Families,

Wow! It has been an amazing month.  NAEYC has come and gone.  Our PTC has blessed us with breakfast and lunch.  We have celebrated the accomplishments of the teachers.

What is next? As the school year comes to an end we are busy planning an amazing summer program.  Many of you may be wondering what you are going to do with all this additional time with your children this summer.  Stay enrolled in school.  Learning never stops and keeping your preschooler engaged is the key!

If you decide to take a session off the one thing we suggest is to make a reading plan and stick to it!  As we reiterate in many of our communications, reading to your child is the MOST important thing you can do to help your child develop a love of reading.  Pick up your supply of summer books at our Scholastic Book Fair April 18-21.

While March is coming to a close and starting the beautiful month of April, I just want to say again how blessed we are to care for your children everyday!  Thank you for letting us be a part of your lives.

God Bless,

Shela

Thank you for your support. All the prayers and positive words of encouragement have been very much appreciated!

We will have collection jars in different areas throughout the school and will also collect offering in God's House (chapel time) the next 2 weeks. The 2s, 3s and Pre-K will attend God's House on April 7th & 13th.  During this time we will be collecting dollar bills rather than coins for safety purposes.
